In conclusion, without the elements, a body could not function. Our bodies are the elements. There are 60 elements found in a human, many of which have unknown uses. There are many side effects that can come from a lack of some of the major elements, and if a human does not intake any of a major element, they will eventually die. Carbon is the building block of all the cells. A person ingest many of the elements through eating proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and vitamins, which are all found in many everyday foods.
